B&K Management was engaged during the preliminary design phase as ownership transitioned from their previous industry into the retirement sector. Situated on the Bay of Quinte, this 125-bed retirement residence features a slab-on-grade design with all amenity spaces located on the ground level. B&K collaborated closely with the ownership team to develop a modern design that emphasizes contemporary retirement living while maximizing natural light and bright, inviting suites.
