Located in Ottawa, this 316-suite combination of retirement residence and seniors’ apartments engaged B&K Management to assist with lease-up and to develop a dining program modeled after a traditional restaurant experience. Our role has since expanded to include the Chief Operating Officer function, and we continue to provide full operational oversight across all departments within the community.

Stonemont has recently opened an additional retirement and seniors’ apartment community in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, where B&K Management is currently overseeing operations and supporting the lease-up process. This residence features 147 retirement suites and 97 lifestyle suites, offering Lifestyle, Lifestyle Plus, Supportive, and Assisted Living options for its residents.
