B&K Management held partial ownership and operated this property from 2019 to 2025, when it was sold to a major operator in the market. Our team was actively involved throughout the design, construction, and upfit phases, and successfully managed operations during the ownership period. Wildpine Retirement comprised 186 suites, including 54 dedicated Assisted Living suites.
