Formerly Long Sault Villa, this 66-bed residence underwent a 40-unit expansion in 2019. Following construction delays and cost overruns, B&K Management was contracted to streamline expenses, oversee lease-up, and continue operating the property. From 2019 to 2024, B&K successfully maintained stabilized occupancy and managed cash flow to address outstanding debt obligations. The property was listed for sale in 2023 and sold to a local operator the following year, with B&K assisting in the smooth transition of operations in 2024.
