Opened in 2008, B&K Management operated and held partial ownership in this residence. In addition to overseeing daily operations, B&K successfully partnered with the local hospital to establish a transitional care floor designed to accommodate higher-needs clients requiring additional support. The property was sold to a larger operator in 2012.
