Formerly Marnwood Manor, this long-term care facility was converted into a 52-suite retirement residence under the guidance of our team. Prior to opening, B&K Management established policies, procedures, and overall business operations to support a successful launch. The home reached stabilized occupancy near the end of 2026 and is projected to remain stable for the foreseeable future.
