Treco Retirement Communities

Comprised of Beattie Manor Retirement Residence, La Chaumière Retirement Residence, and Eden Villa Retirement & Assisted Living, B&K Management has been contracted to provide operational oversight for all three retirement communities in Southwestern Ontario. Together, the portfolio encompasses 162 retirement suites and has achieved stabilized occupancy across all properties. With a strong operational foundation now in place, the organization is well positioned to pursue future growth opportunities, including strategic expansion and continued investment in the portfolio.
